Doshisha Univ.

Born in Kyoto. A former Little Leaguer. St. Viator Rakusei High → Hitotsubashi University. So obsessed with the Hanshin Tigers that I once joined the cheering team and played trumpet. 🎺🐯

As a kid, I moved back and forth between Hawaii and Japan due to my dad’s work. So naturally, my English is what I call “Adorably Improvised (愛嬌 / Ai Kyo ≒ I ky… kya… I can!) English” — cute, chaotic, and full of heart. 🎀

I stopped attending games during COVID-19, but made my comeback to live stadiums in 2023. My current win-loss record when watching Hanshin in person? Roughly .334.
(If you know, you know.“334? What’s that got to do with Hanshin!?”…It absolutely does. I was there for every game of that legendary Japan Series. 😇)

My forever favorites: Yutaka Wada (#6)Takashi Toritani (#1). Current favorite player? That’s a secret. 😉

By day, I’m said to be an immigration lawyer. By night (and weekends), I’m a car enthusiast with a National Class-A License issued by Japan’s FIA-recognized ASN. I race on circuits, and my best lap at Tsukuba Circuit is 1’05”334.
(What does that have to do with Hanshin…?
…Absolutely nothing.)

This round little plush believes he’s a tiger.🐯
Fierce in spirit, soft in body… and unfortunately, shaped enough like a football🏈 that he’s occasionally mistaken for one. (Sorry, buddy.)

When we can’t make it to the stadium, he watches the Hanshin Tigers’ games perched on Seta’s shoulder during livestreams.
But the moment things start looking bad for the Tigers?
Poof — he’s gone. Hiding somewhere. Every time.
Because of this, he firmly believes his personal win-rate is 100%.
…And honestly? He might be right. 😅🐾
